Cod under a blanket of spinach

This is a dish perfect for dinner, it will take less than half an hour to prepare it and the taste will satisfy the palate of the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g cod fillet
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 1 tbs clarified butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Wash the fish, gently drain, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and lemon pepper. Put the clarified butter with spinach on preheated pan, two pressed garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper. Fry for 5 minutes. Then put the fillet on the aluminium foil and cover it with thick layer of prepared spinach. Wrap it around and put to the preheated oven to 200°C for about 20 minutes.

Worth to know! You can serve the fish with a lemon slice, salad and baked potatoes.
