Black Bean Brownie

This is one of the few cake which doesn’t need flour and sugar. Thanks to banana sweetnes and distinct of dark chocolate Black bean brownie taste like a traditional cake. Try it yourself!

Components:

  • 1 can of red bean
  • 2 tbsp of natural kakao
  • 1/2 bar of chocolate
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • A handful of dried cranberries
  • A handful of walnut

Drain the red bean and rinse with water. Add sliced banana. Blend all components until smooth. Then add kakao, baking powder, oil and again blended all components. Shatter dark chocolate and walnuts into small pieces and added to blending smooth.

All components pour into a high baking tin lined with a baking paper and put for around 30 minutes into the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
