Spicy lentil soup

Soup prepared especially for lovers of spicy flavors. It's great for lunch on cold, cloudy days - it warms us up well and provides our body with many vitamins.

Components:

  • 1 glass of red lentils
  • 1.5 liters of poultry broth
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 can of sliced tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sweet pepper
  • Parsley
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

Pour rinsed lentils into the boiling broth. Cook it "al dente". Put the chopped red pepper and onions into the hot pan greased with olive oil. Fry until the onions are glazed. Add pressed garlic. Then put all the ingredients into a broth on a low heat. The next step is adding the previously blended tomatoes to the soup. Then season it with ordinary, cayenne and sweet pepper. Cook until the lentils are soft. Serve with chopped parsley and roasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
