Spicy chicken wraps
Perfect dinner supposed to contain a lot of proteins, slightly less fats and a large portion of vegetables. Today, we offer you a spicy wraps with chicken - ideal for dinner at home and for a snack during meetings with friends.
Ingredients:
- 2 tortillas
- 1 medium chicken breast
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- Bunch of lettuce
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tbs canned corn
- 2 tbs red beans
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tbs chilli flakes
- 2 tbs yogurt
- 1 tbs clarified butter
- Salt and pepper
Season the chicken breast with chili, pepper and salt, rub with two crushed cloves of garlic, put aside for a few minutes. During this time, slice the onions and jalapeño.
Pour the clarified butter over the heated pan, then fry the chicken (about 5 minutes on each side).
Prepare garlic sauce mixing yogurt, minced garlic with salt and pepper.
Warm up tortillas for a few seconds on a hot, dry pan. Then roll them in a cone and fill them with garlic sauce, diced meat and vegetables.
