Salmon Carpaccio

The sea version of classic carpaccio for mediterranean tastes lover is a distinctive and simple to prepare dish. Moreover smoked salmon is great source of vitamin D which is responsible for metabolism of calcium in our skeletal system!

Ingredients:

  • Bunch of arugula
  • 4 big slices of smoked salmon
  • 3 black and 3 green olives
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tbs capars
  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1 tps roasted sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbs grated parmesan
  • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Put the arugula on the flat plate then in order: smoked salomon, sliced olives, chopped onion and capars. Gently springle with lemon juice, then pour the balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with grated parmesan and pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Carpaccio taste the best with delicately grilled ciabatta.
