Grilled chicken shashliks with different kind of paprika

Summer barbecue in the winter evening? It’s possible thanks to our colorful shashliks with chicken curry and colorful peppers. You can prepare them with your favourite vegetables. We propose traditional shashliks that will surely bring back summer memories.

Components:

  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 small courgette
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper and salt

Wash and dry a chicken breast and cut it into rather large cubes with a diameter of approx. 2 cm. Put the chicken into a bowl. Add curry, salt, pepper, olive oil and pressed garlic. Leave for 1 hour to leaven it. In the meantime, cut vegetables into cubes of similar size. Get rid of ends from the washed mushrooms, and cut the hats in half. Cut the onion into 1 cm slices to make it easier to place them on sticks. When everything is ready, put the vegetables alternately with chicken meat. Place the finished shashliks into the oven preheated to 180 degrees with the function of grill. Grill each side for 10 minutes.

Good to know! Shashliks can be served with a garlic or tomato dip, but served without sauces taste great as well!
