Green smoothie with kiwi, avocado and parsley
Also our green smoothies is the perfect choise for everyone who strugging with dry skin problems, becouse the avocado is rich in vitamins A and E and a healthy fats, which moisturize the skin and body from the inside.
Components for 1 glass:
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- juice from 1/2 a lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoons honey / 2 tablespoons xylitol
- 50 ml of wather / a few ice cubes (optional)
Peel the fruits, chopped and put in a bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice, add parsley, plain yoghurt and honey. Next, blend all components until smooth. If coctail is too thick, add 50 ml of wather or a few ice cubes.
