Fit veggie chips

We all love potato chips, but unfortunately these available on market usually contain a lot of fat and various flavour enhancers or preservatives. No worries, we have a healthy alternative for them!

Ingredients:

  • 3 large beetroot
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 2 lagre parsley root
  • 2 large carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Estragon, basil, oregano

Peel and cut vegetables into very thin slices (for carrots and parsley the vegetable cutter would be perfect). Then place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt and herbs.

Put everything to preheated to 180°C oven and roast it for 15-20 minutes – until the veggies are cooked through and browned. Once they have cooled down, the healthy chips are ready to be crunched!
