Coconut pudding with strawberry mousse

The dessert is delicious and healthy – chia seeds contain a lot of protein and fiber, and strawberries and dark chocolate are a source of vitamin C and magnesium. Pudding will help you regenerate after physical exercise and strengthen your immunity!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs coconut shreds
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 50 ml greek yoghurt
  • 3 cubes of dark chocolate

Put the chia seeds into a jar or glass and pour it with coconut milk. Mix everything precisely and leave for few hours (preferably overnight) in the fridge. In the morning blend strawberries (leave 1-2 for decoration) with greek yoghurt. Pour the mousse over chia layer. At the end decorate with strawberries, shredded chocolate and sprinkle with coconut shreds.
