Chicken and spinach frittata

Frittata is one of these dish that we luckily can eat even being on a diet - it contains healthy fats and complete proteins. In our proposal, it can be served either as a hot breakfast or a cold snack.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 bunches of spinach
  • 1/2 grilled herb chicken breast
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

To prepare this dish you will need a oven safe pan or a small tart pan instead.

At first brown minced onion on an olive oil. Then add washed spinach and thin sliced chicken breast. Whisk the eggs in the bowl until combine and gradually add salt and pepper. Pour the combined eggs into the pan with chicken and spinach and stir everythig. Then put cut in half cherry tomatoes on top and sprinkle the top evenly with grated parmesan.

Put a pan to preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes and bake until the cheese is slightly golden.
