Baked musli bar

If you’re a fan of sweet snacks these baked musli bars will be perfect for you. Find out that healthy doesn't need to be untasty!

Ingredients for the small tray of musli bars:

  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 25 g sesame
  • 50 g raisins
  • 25 g lineseed
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds
  • 20 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs dissolved coconut oil

Pour all seeds, nuts, raisins and oats to the bowl. Add two eggs, honey and dissolved coconut oil. Mix thoroughly until solid, then put it on a small baking tray at baking paper. Place it into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

After complete cooling, cut the dough into small bars.
