Together it is easier to do something for yourself!
How many times have you made a resolution to finally take care of yourself and improve your fitness? How many times have you managed to keep this resolution for more than a few days? How difficult was it?
And if you were to make this resolution with someone else? Someone who will motivate you, remind you to work out, give good advice, support me in a moment of doubt? Someone who'd say on a rainy day: Hey! We agreed to walk every single day!" Would it not be easier?
Take the challenge and designate your goal. Think of someone with whom it will be easier to succeed and invite them to the programme. Fight for your health together!
